Responsibilities Maintain a warm, welcoming, and Professional demeanor while interacting in person, over the phone, emailing and text.
Manage online and phone interactions.
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our Inn, including available rooms, rates, amenities, opening hours, menus, events Respond in a timely and professional manner Maintain and build schedules, maintain and assist in staffing and assigning job tasks.
Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent helpful.
Experience with hotel property management software helpful Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type:
